"Beautiful, clean and well maintained. We did a good bit of fishing and loved being right on the water. Scot's Soorting goods rents equipment and you can buy a license there. "
"Such a fun time for our family. Mini golf, pickleball, basketball, tennis, and so much more all included. Staff was so kind and helpful. So much beauty and fun to be had at this place. Rooms are basic but it beats camping for comfort! We will be back for sure. "

"We didn’t spend much time at the cabin other than to sleep, but this is our second time staying here. It’s such a cute cabin and so close to RMNP and downtown Estes. The ONLY thing I can think of that’s a negative is the signage to get into the area… it is very easy to miss and not well marked from the road. I drove past it more than I’d like to admit. But I would 10/10 recommend staying here! "

"Well maintained two bedroom cabin within walking distance to the main area of town. The cabin is clean and comfortable, has everything that you might need that you couldn't pack in your suitcase. Wildlife was right outside our door. The views of the mountains are spectacular. Very quiet area, considering the main road going through town is just right up the hill. "

"The cabin was wonderful. Great location, close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was as described. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. A mule deer came by daily to munch on some of the vegetation. The view from the sitting room is amazing for sunsets! "

"This house was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. I've never stayed at a house that was so well stocked. Towels, paper goods, washer/dishwasher soap, etc was plentiful. There were even box fans in the closets if needed! The kitchen had everything I needed. The view of the river was amazing. We didn't want to go back home!"
"Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP."

"Perfect location, just about 5 minutes to RMNP. Great new outdoor area. The hosts provided thoughtful touches like toiletries if you forgot yours. It is smaller than I thought from the pictures, but the listing is accurate. Great shower with ample hot water after a day in RMNP. We’re in love with the area and want to come back soon! "

"Lovely home located on Big Thompson River.Home is well stocked. Kitchen has any and all appliances needed. Furniture is comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet-we saw several elk in front of the home. Sue, the property manager, was communicative and wonderful. She told us about the country market near us which is a gem. Wonderful time in Estes Park. "
