“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door.……

“What a cute old building! They have fixed these up very cute! Note there is no elevator and there are a decent amount of steps. Communication was great! Would stay here again. ”

“Picturesque, quiet, on the bay. Tracy was a perfect host. Provided a wagon for hauling our stuff from the parking area to the lighthouse. Saw bald eagles & other birds and deer. A little smaller than expected, but comfortable. Could be tricky for some people to climb the steps to the bedroom upstairs.”

“Cute place. Simple and tasteful. Beds were nice and comfortable. Linens smelled and looked clean. Nice to be downtown Bay City. Parking is harder to find close by while staying during the weekend. Should probably offer at least 2 parking passes or as many as people need if there are multiple drivers. Instructions were clear and communication was good. Can slightly hear the music of the bar downstairs until close which is expected but kind of funny since you receive multiple text messages about……

“Amazing amazing amazing …. They had an issue with the front door not the batteries weren’t registering or whatever and as I waited to get in, she said she’d be there in eight minutes she was in. She was there to meet under eight minutes, but while I waited, she told me to go into the bar downstairs and give them her name and to get a drink or appetizer on her. I didn’t but the way she handled it was amazing sweet people great place. The only thing is the stairs if you don’t like stairs, that’s……

“We rented the property for six guests for my daughter’s college graduation. Unfortunately, the house only had one towel for all six of us, so only two of us were able to shower (my daughter had her own towel).There must have been something wrong in the basement, because there was what sounded like an industrial-sized fan running the entire time we were there. The basement was locked (understandable), so we had no way of turning it off when it came time to sleep, resulting in six very tired……
