Location 5 star, getting there 2 stars. The fact that there is no front desk, zero cell service and the gate to the hotel was actually closed was a big concern. The place is run on generator which takes away from peace and quiet

This is NOT a four star stay. Front desk wouldn’t provide extra towels or pillows when asked. Told me it was impossible. That is a basic expectation at a three star hotel, let alone a four star.
