Al parecer se le empalmaron más de una reserva pero finalmente se comunicó oportunamente ofreciendo otra alternativa en Diamante Lakes donde nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y tranquila. "Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years."
