Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay."

"The house was perfect for our six week holiday. We loved the location but be advised that it’s about a mile from town. There’s a bus stop very close but we chose to walk. It’s located very near a butcher shop that has excellent meat and near a small grocery store that has many things. "Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed!
