“Great location, “private dock”, place was clean with exception of some beer bottles on the back deck. Hard to communicate with host. No ammenties, TV does not work, not much plates or glasses, and no soap or shampoo in showers. Beds were good and towels provided. Did have a small mouse pop up at the front door which is locked but no one minds an extra visitor right. I’d say not a bad stay but not as good as listing suggests. Book at your own risk.”

“We recently stayed at this cottage outside of Gravenhurst, and it was by far the worst vacation rental we have ever experienced. The property was not just dated—it was filthy and appeared to have been neglected. Upon arrival, there were no kitchen cloths, no paper towels, and only a 2 half rolls of toilet paper with no extras provided. The cottage smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with mould. The dishwasher was full of partially cleaned dishes, and several kitchen cupboard doors were……

“Such a cute place to stay at! The cabin was very clean, and the screened in area was roomy and we spent a lot of time here. The manual was super helpful. The out house wasn't gross, clean, and no unpleasant smells, even if used. The only thing to note is that the cabin is right on lake muskoka, Which can be a busy lake. You will hear some party's, a lot of boats going by, and an occasional steam boat horn.”
