“Our cabin was not at all what we saw in photos. We ended up very close to the hwy, no view of the lake. The cabin was very old and in rough shape. Furniture inside was broken and worse for wear. I would say this was a VERY rustic place to stay. We saw a mouse running around in the kitchen, windows were hard to open and kind of broken - cabin smelled of air fresheners. Cabin was NOT very clean, bugs running around in the evening. Nice dock area but the owners live on site and are always around……

“Great location, “private dock”, place was clean with exception of some beer bottles on the back deck. Hard to communicate with host. No ammenties, TV does not work, not much plates or glasses, and no soap or shampoo in showers. Beds were good and towels provided. Did have a small mouse pop up at the front door which is locked but no one minds an extra visitor right. I’d say not a bad stay but not as good as listing suggests. Book at your own risk.”

“Such a cute place to stay at! The cabin was very clean, and the screened in area was roomy and we spent a lot of time here. The manual was super helpful. The out house wasn't gross, clean, and no unpleasant smells, even if used. The only thing to note is that the cabin is right on lake muskoka, Which can be a busy lake. You will hear some party's, a lot of boats going by, and an occasional steam boat horn.”

“Lacked basic amenities like hand soap or paper towels. Had to call again for Wi-Fi and cleaning. No chairs on the patio. Tv wasn’t working. Fireplace didn’t have supplies.”

“A perfect little cabin that offers a nice peaceful setting with beautiful views and close to Gravenhurst. Host is fantastic and communication was great.”

“First, the positive. The cabin was clean and was dry during a lot of rain. The location is on the water and close to Gravenhurst. We arrived at the cabin not having received an email with check in instructions. There is no office there. Thankfully the cleaning lady let us in. We had called the host twice and messaged on VRBO inbox twice. It wasn’t until I texted him that he responded. I had asked prior to going if there was a coffee maker and was told no, yet there was one and I hadn’t brought……
