Beautiful hotel, very clean, kind staff members, and lots of amenities to enjoy with the family. I absolutely loved the location overlooking at the Columbia River. I was granted early check in, which made a difference for me in wanting to come back in the future. My kids loved the big pool and green yard with plenty of space to play soccer or simply run around.

Unfortunately, our room had quite a bit of dog hair, which made it feel less clean than expected. There was also no hot water when I went to take a shower. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they thanked me for letting them know, nothing was offered to address the issue. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant smell outside the property, though that was clearly not the hotel’s fault.

Fantastic location! Quiet, clean and as described. While there’s parking onsite, which is very rare in this part of town, people who arrive late at night may find the parking full so will need to park on the street.

Very large and clean room! However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.
