"This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in. My husband and I travel a lot and we were both super impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, he’s had back surgery and I have had a hip replacement.We both slept fantastic. The breakfast was really good, tasty, and fresh. The front desk attendants were super friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Jacksonville."

"1. Quiet 2. Comfortable 3. Great pillows 4. Great Decor 5. Great service with one exception (my pet peeve is to arrive to checkin an no one is there or their is a long wait). Desk person was gone to a room with someone when we arrived so we had to wait 5 mins). This is a pet peeve because travelers are tired and want to get to their room. Don't make them wait!"

"We had the suite so it was really great having the separate sitting area. Breakfast Buffett is nice, room was clean, and outdoor pool area was very beautiful (but too cold to swim). Overall, very pleased with the room. "

"Upon arrival Friday December 5,2025 around 5:49p.m.. the Younglady at the front desk was very pleasant & patient with a warm welcoming attitude that matched her smile. She got my husband & I checked in right away and pointed out the breakfast area, gym, & pool. The entire place was very clean from the outside to upstairs. The room was cozy, soft & comforting after a long day. Needless to say we slept very well. We always enjoy our stays as a member we are very satisfied. Thank you "
