The listing for this property is very accurate and the hosts thoughtfulness with small details was so appreciated. My husband and I visited with our adult daughter. We all slept well, mattresses were perfect. While the child friendly features weren't needed by us, I could certainly appreciate the pack and play, bunk beds that would sleep three easily, table, chair and tv in the kids room, as well as an abundance of child friendly utensils in the kitchen. Location was great, a 50 yard walk(?) to the beach. It was fun to watch the surfers next to the pier a short stroll away. The unit does not look straight out to the beach, but if you are sitting in bed in the morning you can look out the window of the master bedroom and see the sunrise. A very small public parking lot is right next to the unit. This was never an issue, always a positive while we were there in November. ##### Michelle B.
