Fantastic Vacation Home 75 feet from the Ocean with breath-taking ocean views from every room and from the huge wrap around decks. Major renovations completed including adding an elevator, a new and enlarged gourmet kitchen with all new high-end (Monagram) appliances, new outdoor grilling station with a 42' professional Lynx grill, completely remodeled bathrooms, handicapped friendly enhancements and much more!

Large, spacious (4,100 sq. ft.) home located in the exclusive Loveladies estate section of Long Beach Island. Six bedrooms including two masters with ensuite baths plus one queen and three twin bedrooms and two other full baths plus a powder room. All rooms are spacious and well furnished. No bunk beds, trundle beds or other such things space saving techniques. No one in our home will feel they got stuck with a small or dark bedroom on their vacation

Beautifully decorated and fully equipped for everything you will need for your vacation. Roof deck with panoramic views of the ocean and the bay. Also included is free wireless-high-speed internet access, a deluxe outside shower, a full-sized passenger elevator plus a dumb waiter, gas fireplace, screened-in porch and much more.

We do not allow weddings, proms or any other large parties. No smoking and no pets.

This is a very comfortable and lovely place!

Great location on a quiet lane. The owner was promptly responsive to any question we had or issue with the house. Very well stocked for a large house and more than enough pleasant places to hang-out. Our family has a great stay!

Great place for a reunion

College reunion for a group of woman that had not seen each other in years. It was the perfect place with lots of bedrooms and places to gather and talk. I would guess it’s great for multiple families as well.

Wonderful February Weekend

Three generations of our family celebrated February birthdays in this beautiful home. The home easily accommodated all 13 members of our family. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and the home's proximity to the beach was wonderful. The owner was exceptionally responsive. We look forward to returning to this home.

Simply perfect.

This home is beautiful in and out. Great location. The kitchen was fully stocked, every gadget and utensil was there. Fridge was spacious and ice maker kept up with demand. The king bed in the master was too comfortable and the rain shower was such a treat. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Couldn’t have asked for more.

"Best family vacation ever"

That's what our kids said as we were packing up the car to leave. All 13 of us - including our grandchildren - all spent a fantastic week in Peter's house. The location and layout of the house are ideal, and it came with everything we needed for a fabulous week at LBI. The house is clean, bright and fully equipped and the beach can't be beat. Peter is a pleasure to deal with and it's easy to see that he and his wife take pride in this property. We can't wait to return next year !!!

Favorite rental in 10 years

My sister and I rent a shore house every summer for a week with our kids since she lives out of state. We prefer large oceanfront homes, and this house was perfect. My favorite feature were the large decks and water views, absolutely incredible. I we’ve stayed in oceanfront homes that had longer walks to the beach than this house. The elevator was great for move in/move out, we used the dumb waiter for boxes of recycling. Plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, everything worked - honestly couldn’t find any faults with this property, a first. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Weekend

What an extravagant beautifully well appointed home. Everyone was so impressed with the spaciousness of the home including the size of the bedrooms. The master baths were spa worthy. The kitchen and its amenities just fabulous. Although the home is not "ocean front" per say, the views are phenomenal throughout the house it is truly amazing. Not one complaint from our crowd! Peter was extremely attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. In the 10 years of coming to LBI at this time of year...it has been the best stay! We have already inquired about next year with them!

Nonagenarian Celebration

It was a lovely location, well furnished and comfortable. Although the décor was lovely, it was not pretentious and everyone could relax and feel at home. It was kid friendly with comfortable seating and rocking chairs for little ones also. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee makers and sufficient pans for baking and cooking. The views of the ocean were beautiful from several angles in the house. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. Both were decorated with lovely style. The beverage refrigerator was a convenient feature. It was perfect for entertaining. The elevator was extremely helpful for older guests, in carting luggage and food items. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended without reservation!

Returned and it was better than before

This Loveladies home is loved by a group of Pennsylvania ladies! Our second time at this home, we were thrilled to find the beautiful new living room furniture and paint. This house is perfect for our group of "mature" women. This year we had 9 women show up for our yearly retreat (we usually have a few more), and with 9, there is AMPLE space in all of the bedrooms. Another reviewer said that the 'extra' bedrooms were not an afterthought, and that is accurate. This year I shared a twin room with a dear friend - we had our own private deck from which we took pictures of the sunrise! I would absolutely recommend this house to families, groups, friends - anyone. It is easily accessible, meticulously maintained, peaceful, has easy access to the beach. We have rented other properties on LBI through VRBO and they were nice - but this is our favorite, and, although it probably doesn't need much upgrade, we are looking forward to see the enhancements that are planned for next year - when we return again.

Loveladies Family Vacation

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children enjoyed a lovely week at this beach house. The home is spacious with ocean breezes and great views of the ocean from every level. It has a roof deck which is great for viewing the ocean, surrounding sights and especially the sunsets. It is a short walk to the protected beach and lifeguards, perhaps 100 yards from the front door. The beach is clean, and groomed daily. It is never crowded even on the weekends. The home as my daughter remarked is a " castle" compared to other beach rentals she has stayed at. It has room to spread out with large deck areas for sunbathing or shade. The decks have plenty of padded lounge chairs, a large picnic table with chairs and an umbrella. There is a large gas grill on the deck off the kitchen. There are 5 flat screen TV's and 2 entertainment centers so there is always something to watch and families can bring their children's favorite movies. The house is a short drive to food stores, a seafood market, restaurants for eating in or take out and places of interest for children and adults including Viking Village. (We recommend Harvey Cedars Shellfish Co.for take out or eating out if you love seafood.) Barnegat Light can be seen from the roof deck. Most importantly, the owner was attentive to all our needs no matter how small. The microwave in the kitchen gave out on a Sunday. The owner sent the handyman right over that Sunday and the next morning we had a new microwave installed. This Loveladies beach home has plenty of parking, an outside shower with hot/cold water and a new pretty garden and landscaping. My wife and I had not been to the shore in years but this home made our vacation special and fun for the whole family. Everyone wants to come back next year.

Our 15th Annual Guys Weekend

We could not have been luckier to find this beautiful and spacious home just steps from the beach! Our previous booking on VRBO was rented right out from under us after weeks false promises and terrible communication by the owner I was dealing with, but thankfully Peter & Nancy came to the rescue. Great and friendly communication, extremely understanding and cooperative, and they went above and beyond to salvage what could have been a complete loss for us. In the end, the eight of us were all happy that we ended up staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the future. We all hope to be back now in future years!

Amazing Loveladies Vacation

Our family of eight adults and one child enjoyed an amazing vacation in this spacious Loveladies home. The house was built to accommodate a large group in many different rooms and on several different decks looking out at the ocean and the bay. We all did yoga as a group in the morning on the rooftop as well as viewed several gorgeous sunsets from there. Most of our meals were worked cooked at home in a kitchen fit for Top Chef. The large living room was perfect for game nights. We can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect getaway

My family (parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, cousins) were in town for a wedding and this house provided the perfect home base. It is a fantastic house to hang and the location was phenomenal. Loved the experience, we looked online to book next summer but already booked, our loss. Great place.

Lovely week at Loveladies Beach House.

Great beach house, beautiful kitchen/ outdoor deck grill, well stocked with appliances and dinnerware to feed a large group. Wonderful beach at your door. Close to many restaurants. The host was very nice and responded promptly to all my concerns. Of note, many of the bedrooms have twin beds rather than queen or full. Would definitely return.

Great LBI House

We rented this house for a three generation family vacation, and it was everything we’d hoped for - fabulous location only two minutes to the beach; in a great area of LBI; house was very comfortable and had fabulous outdoor space which we used regularly; etc. Couldn’t have been better.

Amazing home with great rooftop sunsets!

Beautiful decorated home with a very well stocked kitchen for entertaining. Perfect location just steps away from the beach. The beds/pillows/sofa's/chairs were very comfy with plenty of extra blankets throughout the house. The owner Peter couldn't have been nicer and responded promptly to our questions. Amazing decks with views of the sun sunset and ocean. Our group of 10 would highly recommend this house for your vacation stay!

An absolute gem!!

Lifelong friends stayed for MDW and this house is everything and more!! It's perfectly located a house from the beach with easy access to get onto the private beach. The rooftop and decks for sunset and sunrise was one of the best parts! The house has plenty of rooms and we felt right at home. Will definitely be back!!
