Walk everywhere, even to the post office. Wren’s Nest has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. In between the two bedrooms, there is a shared full bath. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and a fully fitted kitchen. Relax on the porch or furnished patio surrounded by 100 year old oak trees draped with Spanish moss, lovely gardens and historic homes. The sound of the church bells of nearby St Helena Church, one of the oldest continual working churches in the country, will take you back into the 18th century.
This carriage house with separate upper and lower units was recently brought back to life after many years of neglect. It truly is the best location in Beaufort, near the Anchorage House, Beaufort Inn and Rhett House, Beaufort’s most popular wedding venues. From here It is an easy drive to Paris Island, the Sands beach in Port Royal and Hunting beach on the ocean.
