"Excellent location, near lots of restaurants and food options, conveniently located downtown between Gastown and Yaletown. Our corner room on the 10th floor had a great view, was comfortable and quiet, with blackout curtains and temp controlled AC. Only 2 down sides, though not enough to drop stars: -Check-in was prompt at 4pm, although the gentleman at the reception had previously told us to return around 1 or 2pm as our room was already ready but we would have to pay a fee to check in earlier, then when we returned at 3:20pm he said there were no rooms available. -The two free water bottles were only provided the first night. Given the cheap cost of water bottles, it'd be nice if they were provided each night, at least if specifically requested (we asked the reception and they said they only supply for the first night)."

"Grand Park was an older hotel downtown that was super convenient and adjacent to an area with a lot of great dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful and it was a 10 minute Uber to Roger's arena and 25 minute safe walk back after the show. "

"We loved our stay and the suite...did miss a regular coffee (Kurig) maker....old school I guess. Would have loved ice cubes in the fridge freezer. On the down side we didn't get a refill of the coffee we had used on the first night but in the scheme of big picture, disappointing but not the end of the day! All in all a good stay with a great breakfast!"
