The staff was excellent. The rooms just weren’t as described or what was in the pictures. Bathroom was very small in our unit and our friends unit. It was a little bigger room had a little bit of a musty smell.

Obviously a popular choice by local Canadians for travelling. It is a bit inconvenient for location is out of main hub of public transport if not for our own car hire.

The room we stayed in this Best Western was spacious rooms with a kitchenette and couch. There was an in room safe. The staff were friendly and they clean your room daily. (you would be shocked to know how many hotels have given up the daily room cleaning if you stay longer than a night since Covid) The hotel is a 15 minute walk to a large mall. There are restaurants all around the hotel. They offer a free continental breakfast in the Chinese Restaurant on the property, you need vouchers for this perk. It's decent with waffle maker stations and pancake machine. They had eggs, a meat and potatos at each breakfast as well as breads, muffins, yougurt, juices and coffee. The pool is very tiny but clean.

Property is dated and needs renovating. Room was sufficiently clean but because carpeting was old, remnants of the smoking era were still evident. This must have been previously designated as a smoking room as the smell of smoke is still lurking.

Room was clean, hotel was quiet, outdoor pool was great, free breakfast was crowded in the morning - hard to find a seat but to be expected. A/C worked really well. Fridge wasn’t working on arrival and was fixed promptly. Would recommend and would stay there again.
