“This is a hidden gem! As advertised, it was clean and cozy! Lots of off street private parking. Excellent lightening in the parking area, stairs and as you enter the apartment. A very well appointed full kitchen. All rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. We will come and stay again. An excellent place for short or long term stays. Neighborhood and building was very quiet! Close to downtown, dining and shopping. Centrally located for all Black……

“Everything was great, only downsides were parking on the street (not horrible) and the quiet times were 10PM -7AM for guests but heard stomping and other noises from upstairs.”

“This was a perfect non-hotel option for our road trip. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for easy access to downtown. Small kitchen allowed us to store foods and start our day with breakfast. The bath was perfect and the upstairs area was comfortable. We didn’t have time for the hot tub with full days of tourist activities, but it looked very inviting and was convenient. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend!”
