“We stayed at the My Place in Bend twice. The first time on our way south and we enjoyed it so much, we stayed on our way through heading home. It was clean and everything worked as expected. The staff was friendly, capable and always ready to help. As a bonus, there is an area of stores and restaurants across the street.”

“Employees were very nice. Towel rack fell of the wall. Lots of parking. Close to a wonderful restaurant breakfast and lunch. Shops nearby. The room was clean.”

“The property is not safe, the doors do not lock, the mattress has a burn whole, the bathroom was dirty and when we tried to check out early for our safety no one was around. Then they refused to provide a refund, even for the night we didn’t stay. This property should not be on Expedia, it is basically like a flop house. Awful and unsafe.”
