White Elm Lodge is a beautifully remodeled air conditioned four bedroom home situated in the heart of Sunriver's resort community. No homes behind the lodge means private backyard grilling, socializing, and hot tubbing. The central location means Fort Rock Park is only a half mile to the East with Pickle Ball, Tennis Courts, ball fields, a pavilion, and play structures. Less than a mile to the West is the peaceful Deschutes River. And only a mile to our South is the SHARC Waterpark, 8 complimentary SHARC Recreation Plus passes are provided.
Each room has a theme special to the Sunriver vicinity, including the downstairs King "River's Edge", upstairs Queen golf "Club House", King "Ski Chalet", and the "Bear Den" bunk room comprised of two twin over full sturdy bunk beds. The staircase to the top bunks seconds as a dresser with four pull out drawers. The Bear Den is well stocked with toys for young children, DVD player, and a new "vintage style" arcade with 60 game options, including PacMan, Galaga, Donkey Kong, and dozens more.
Our lodge is specifically designed for families and includes 10+ bikes from cruisers to mountain bikes. A jogging stroller, which can also be used as a bike trailer, holds two young children. The lodge has a high chair and portable crib limiting the amount of extra things you have to bring with you.
Smart TV's and DVD players in all rooms. WiFi provided for you to log into your streaming services. Enter your checkout date and the TV will delete your IDs and Password automatically. The great room has a gas fireplace for those cool Sunriver nights.

Fantastic location and clean comfortable house

We've stayed at several Sunriver properties and this one was fantastic. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a hit and the kitchen had everything we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Sunriver Stay!

Great - but too short! - stay. Property is lovely, modern, and clean. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, “Bear Den” was a great bunk room, and kitchen is *very* well appointed Ted with anything you might need. Would definitely stay here againn

Clean, nice house with plenty of space to hang out together. Good central location to town with plenty of bike selection if you need to leave your own bikes at home. We enjoyed our trip and would rent again

Family getaway

We spent a long weekend with family and had a lovely time. The house was well kept and had plenty of bikes (in great condition). We enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub. The bunk room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them occupied during our stay. Would stay again at this house!

We had a great stay and all loved the house. The layout was perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds and even biked some despite the temperatures. We would love to return!

Very comfortable for work and play

We spent a week in Sunriver with our older kids - parents worked remotely and kids hit the bike trails! It was a great week- Eric was very communicative via text, welcoming us. And the house was just perfect - very clean, had everything we needed and very comfortable beds.

Great place!

This house is wonderful! It's in a great location, lots of bikes for kids and adults, board games for everyone to play, and an overall family friendly environment. Eric (owner) is very responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. We had a slight bee problem that he took care of immediately. (No more bees) We'd definitely stay here again!

Fun family vacation in the sun

We had a great stay at the White Elm Lodge. The space was perfect for our family reunion with 3 intergenerational couples and 3 kids. We cooked almost every single meal and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hot tub was much enjoyed by young and old, as were the bikes and the trailer. We played ping pong and the kids loved the toys in the kids' room. The hosts were super responsive. Thanks for helping us have a memorable vacation!

Perfect Annual Trip

Each year our family and our family friends travel to Sunriver at the end of December. And each year we’re never fully satisfied with the house we stay at. However, this year we couldn’t be happier! There’s literally nothing we’d change about the house. This will be the first house we look at for future trips with the only reason for not booking being that it might not be available. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

BEST stay ever! Every detail was perfect.

My family and friends have stayed in dozens of short term rentals over the years and this one takes the cake! The attention to detail and simple accommodations are unmatched. We checked in and found a warm goodie bag for us! Even special treats for our dog! I had a couple of quick questions and Eric was right there helping us out. My son was getting married so we had rented 7 homes. Best Host award for Eric and Leslie!

Phenomenal Stay with incredible Hosts!!

Our family had a phenomenal stay in this beautiful Sunriver home. Not only was the house well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun, but the host was gracious, and so accommodating. One of the friendliest and responsive hosts we’ve ever rented from! The house was centrally located in the middle of all of the fun activities Sunriver has to offer! They were plenty of bikes for the whole family and passes to the pool made for happy kiddos! The rooms were comfortable and well equipped and the kids especially loved their bunkbeds! Thank you Eric for an amazing stay!!

House was perfect!

Everything was as advertised. Bikes were great. Kitchen supplies great for children too. DVDs were used for kid’s rest time. Video games great entertainment. Towels, linens very nice. Extra touches really appreciated.

Vacation Bliss

Words will not do 21 White Elm justice! You really need to stay there to enjoy this beautiful home & all its amenities! We had an amazing trip & appreciated all the accommodations that you don’t always get: comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, awesome outdoor space, lovely hot tub, bikes, bikes & more bikes, perfect location to everything! Eric was easy to work with & attentive to questions. The minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed in your home away from home! Highly recommend this place.

Best stocked house!

Honestly one of the best stocked houses I've ever stayed in. Everything is clean and clearly labelled, and it was so nice to find just about everything we could possibly need. With one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the 2nd floor, it worked well for us. So our family of 4 was able to stay all together upstairs, while our friends who we are bubbled with stayed downstairs. Our kids loved the arcade game system, and the hot tub was really lovely. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Beautiful home away from home!

This is one of the best homes we have stayed at! It is even better than the pictures and descriptions! The owners were so sweet and included a “welcome gift” for our dog- he truly loved the puppy snacks. We love to cook and the kitchen is a chef’s dream- high end appliances, cookware and utensils. Plenty of room to spread out, comfy beds and a super fun “game room”. Lots of bikes for all ages were appreciated since we love the bike paths at Sunriver. Eric was very easy to communicate with and kept us informed on a few things happening at the property. We will definitely be back!

Great location and responsive host!

We had a great week at this home near Fort Rock Park. The location is an easy half mile bike ride to the park, great for those with kids in a trailer of new bike riders as there is only a slight incline on the way to the park and one turn on the bike trail to get to and from the park. The 3 cousins loved the bunk room, especially the pac man video arcade game. House is well situated to have early risers downstairs and later risers upstairs, which was great for our family with grandma downstairs setting any early waking kids up with cartoons and breakfast while the rest of the family slept an hour longer. Eric was responsive to any messages we sent. The communication was excellent! Thanks for the great stay!

The house worked well for us for the five nights we stayed there (7 adults, 3 kids under 7). The owner, Eric, was great, a big help. I shared this with him but needed more shower shampoo and sinks did not drain well. Other than that, a pleasant stay. Kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of bikes and helmets.

Wonderful stay

We had the best time at White Elm lodge. It was perfect for our two families and was dog friendly. The house was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of bikes to use and it was easy to bike to the village, pool, pickleball, etc so a great location. Hot tub was a plus too!

Fun weekend getaway

Stayed here with friends for a long weekend. Very clean and great location. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome package, which even included a treat for the dogs. Eric was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place in Sunriver

We loved our stay here. The house was recently updated, cutely decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and still had room in the cabinets for our food! We would stay again!
