There are two bonus areas in this home. The one above the garage includes a couch that folds out to a queen bed, has a dedicated built-in wall heating unit, and a door for privacy. The second bonus area is off of the upstairs bedroom and offers an L-Shaped couch that can be used as two twin beds or positioned together as a full bed.

If you choose to work remotely you have everything you need: multiple private locations, two desks, second monitors, charging stations, cables and high speed Wi-Fi.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Amazing!

It was just my partner and I for his birthday weekend. The house was fantastic and cozy. It was nice with the real wood fireplace and the closed in deck with the hot tub was nice! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house but AC was missrepresented

House was great with 2 exceptions. First there were only 2 towels in the entire house. Then when I requested more I was told that I could come and pick them up....Im sorry at the price paid per night someone can come an deliver towels that should have been there. The second, and biggest issue is the house was, and still is advertised with AC. But there is no AC in the house and there is even small instructions by the thermostat stating there isnt. This isn't a small issue and made the house very uncomfortable as it was smoky so the windows could not be opened at night.
