Villa GANDALA is located in beautiful Costa Blanca north in the scenic town of La Fustera which nestles between Calpe and Moraria with Benidorm a 25 minutes drive away.
It has 3 double bedrooms.
Located on the top level is 1 double bedroom with double bed.
(Cot available).
Wheel chair access.
Well stocked kitchen for 8. Dish washer, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob.
Lounge with television, log burning fire place.
Nayah where the dining table for 6 is located.
Entrance to the covered terrace. Roller awning to keep out the sun.
Table and chairs for al fresco dining on terrace.
Table and chairs with umbrella for eating out on the patio with a gas BBQ.
Lower ground floor has a further 2 bedrooms with double beds, shower room with sink and toilet.
THERE IS NO INTERNAL STAIRCASE.
(Ideal for company of adults/teenagers).

Enjoyable Stay in Benissa
The villa was in a very nice private area away from the road and had all the amenities that one would need for a holiday stay. The general outside area was spacious but could benefit from a renovation, i.e. tiles instead of loose chippings. Check in procedure and communication from Terry was very efficient and to be commended for his interest and attention. We had a small problem with the electrics but they were promptly rectified. The plunge pool and jacuzzi were a welcome feature but not used very often as our parents were in a villa close by with a pool so we spent our days with them until the weather changed and we experienced the "Gotta Frei" which we hadn't heard of before but sure have now!!! All in all no complaints, value for money. Thanks Beverley

Not a good experience at all
All seemed lovely when we arrived untill the next morning when we had to clean the whole property including the pool and hottub ,there was cat and dog muck all outside the property from stray dogs and cats which wasn’t nice there were dead bugs under the beds where cleaners hadn’t cleaned and my daughter got severely bitten and had a reaction from it my partner fell the decking and damaged his leg and we have had just an overalll horrible experience from the owners after we left been very rude and refusing our deposit back because the children had left a poo stain in the toilet so after all this appending we will never be returning here at all

Un desastre
Sin piscina, jacuzzi sucio y mal oliente. No nos dan ninguna solución, para el precio que tiene no da los servicios que dice, nos encontramos una piscina sin mantenimiento y todo en general, el contacto al no vivir aquí no ve como tiene nada y el cuidador que tiene no ha resuelto nada, solo ha echado productos a una piscina verde y a un jacuzzi sucio y maloliente. NO RECOMENDABLE SON UNOS SINVERGUENZAS

dommage....
bonjour des notre arrivee enore deception lorque que jai vue que la piscine et le jacuzzi etaient inutilisables: l'eau de la piscine etait verte et croupie idem pour le jaccuzzi il n'y avait pas d'entretien nous avons du nous meme changer l'eau et le nettoyer. Malgré l'intervention d'un pisciniste pendant 3 matinées , la piscine etait toujours inutilisable a la fin de notre sejour : l'eau etait toujours verte Dommage la maison est agreable et bien située!!!!!!!!

La ubicación y comunicación con el anfitrión muy bien
Hemos tenido problemas en ubicar la casa, la dirección no está correctamente indicada y Google no ayudo esta vez, si es verdad que Beverly estuvo pendiente todo momento y respondió al teléfono. El jacuzzi no funcionó para nada que era lo que queríamos usar y no estaba colocado como se veía en las fotos, la piscina, sucia y no estaba disponible, el resto de la casa bien, pero hubo que comprar todo, jabón de lavaplatos estropajos etc ...la verdad que no pudimos disfrutar la casa en ningún momento, porque estas facilities no estaban disponibles esperemos que lo puedan solucionar

Mini vacaciones en familia
Villa ideal por ubicación y condiciones, unicamente le falta aire acondicionado, nos encontramos con días de temperatura elevada y durante el día no hubo problema porque nos refrescábamos en la piscina, pero las noches fueron más difíciles de llevar, a pesar de los ventiladores.

¡Una gran experiencia con amigos!
La casa, en general, está bien. Lo mejor son las zonas exteriores y el equipamiento de la vivienda. Se echa en falta un ventilador de techo o un aparato de aire acondicionado para las personas más calurosas, aunque se ha de reconocer que la casa presenta buena brisa si se abre la puerta de la terraza. Otro aspecto mejorable son las jardineras (muchas de ellas sin plantas) que hubieran dado un aspecto todavía mejor al exterior. Por otro lado, se debería mejorar la redacción del anuncio en cuanto a la disposición de las habitaciones, pues se da a entender que el acceso de dos de ellas se realiza de manera individualizada desde el exterior, cuando no es así (se accede a una primera y, a través de un corto pasillo que da a un segundo baño, se llega a la otra habitación, separada del resto con una puerta). La piscina y el jacuzzi nos vinieron de maravilla y funcionaron perfectísimamente. ¡Os animamos a ir!

Je recommande cette location à toute personne cherchant un logement simple et agréable. Points positifs: Qualité de communication avec la propriétaire et la personne qui gère la location, Terry et Beverley se sont montrés extrêmement bienveillants et à l’ecoute tout au long du séjour. La piscine et le Jacuzzi sont très agréables et des transats permettent de profiter de la terrasse en bois. Le balcon avec vue mer très bien exposé. La distance de la plage et d’une supérette 800m à pieds. La maison est équipée du nécessaire pour passer une semaine agréable. Point négatif: maison un peu vieillissante. Un livret d’accueil expliquant le nécessaire serait utile. Merci pour ce séjour

Falta mantenimiento y limpieza.
Han habido bastantes cosas desagradables en la casa, dos dias sin jacuzzi, la lavadora no funcionaba, uno de los baños perdia y siempre estaba lleno de agua, en el jardín había una mesa y hamacas rotas, la reja de entrada rota, no había cafetera la compramos y no nos la han pagado aunque dijeron que lo harian, las almohadas estaban muy sucias y evidentementee sin lavadora... pone que hay cable y juegos falta indicar que es sólo para angloparlantes. Arreglamos la luz de la puerta de entrada que tampoco funcionaba. La respuesta de la propiedad por los desperfectos ha sido que como ya era final de temporada...
