“Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. “Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. “The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. “The location of this place is amazing! A ten minute walk gets you to the Supreme Court, the Capital, Eastern Market, and a metro station with easy access to the rest of the mall, monuments, and museums. The apartment itself is clean, well maintained, and well furnished. It is a surprising amount of space. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when needed. We would stay here again!”

“I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed.
