“Good night’s sleep ”

“The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open”

“The room was very clean. I would have appreciated if there was a small chest or drawer I could use to store my clothes while staying. The front desk staff were helpful, but when calling for assistance over the phone, the staff appeared to be bothered and not cheerful to assist.”

“our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again”

“Heater did not work. It kept blowing cold air. They wouldn’t call maintenance to look at it. I was cold all night. Toilet had hardwater stains that looked unsightly and unhygienic ”

“Exactly what we needed for a soccer tournament weekend. Clean room, breakfast, close to fields, pool and hot tub. Will be back for the next one.”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but……
