They contacted me in advance to ensure that I would have no issues on arrival, then made some very nice suggestions to enjoy and make the most of my one-night stay in Tirano The two ladies I met were both very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. “Very cozy and beautifully refurbished appartment. Bed was really comfortable and very quiet location.I think we were the first or one of the first to stay in the appartment and there were quite a few teething issues. No kettle, no toaster, no cutting knives, the washing machine didn’t plug in and there wasn’t a car parking space as described for the first night. Issues got resolved by day 3 when property manager returned from being away but communication before that was patchy. The check in……
