“I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. I had to keep the window open all day and night just to make the room bearable, which was far from ideal on a cold and wet February weekend. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The walls were visibly dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the mats appeared unwashed, and the floors were stained. On top of that, there was no proper hot water for showers — we……

“Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day……

“Well worth getting back to nature. A pleasant view as well. More home comforts than a shepherd would have had - certainly nice and cosy. The stove really puts out some heat. Give it a go, it’s a different accomodation!”

“Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need. Also, lovely Rye with it's eateries & quirky shops. Will definitely consider a……

“Lovely cosy hut was great for the weekend. All the added little touches I the kitchen area and fridge was nice. The shower was powerful enough for us to have a good shower and the hot tub was great to relax and look across the fields. The log burner was great and heated the hut up nicely. We booked a table for evening meal at the on site restaurant for the Friday and we both really enjoyed it also a great choice of beer and spirits i myself am a fan off Belgium beer and they didn't……
