Two Bedrooms + plus Loft. Sleeps 6 in beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the Living room that Sleeps 2. Completely renovated with upscale features for your comfort and enjoyment. Upgraded furnishings, Big Flat Screen TV's with surround sound, vaulted ceilings, plenty of parking, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and WiFi. The property is a two minute walk to the resort's 27 hole championship golf course, the Black Bear Pub, the Mountain's Grill Restaurant and Clubhouse. The deck and screened in porch overlook Lake Sconti and 9th Creek Fairway.

Michigan Snowbirds

Wonderful place to stay. Hosts were so accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views, golfing, boating, hiking, wine tasting and especially the beautiful Gibbs Gardens. Would highly recommend staying in this rental, it has absolutely everything you need while traveling.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay over a long weekend. Clean, cozy cabin with inviting snacks the kids enjoyed. We also enjoyed the proximity to the clubhouse for getting food and drinks. Kids loved the amenities in Big Canoe (beach club, rock slide, pools).

Perfect Location

Unit was very clean and view of the 9th green and lake. Walkable to the golf course. Only a short drive to front gate. No issues at all and we had a great time.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Pam and Kerry’s cabins. They are very accommodating! Very clean, lots of goodies provided (many choices of coffee, lots of hand sanitizer and toiletries).

Wonderful Retreat!

Par-Tee On The Lake was one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. Well equipped, comfortable primary bed, beautiful views and great location. Also loved the little extra touches the owners provided. We accidentally left an item behind and to say Pam went above and beyond to recover and return it would be an understatement! In my opinion the owners are the Gold Standard for VRBO Premier Hosts!

Perfect for our short get-a-way

Our schedule only allowed us 2 days to spend in Big Canoe. This villa was great for its location to fishing, golf and restaurants. Met the owners (Pam and Kerry) since they live nearby and spent some time with them (and friends) as they gave us details about all there is in Big Canoe. Great folks to hang out with. The villa was very clean, very well equipped (minus food, hahaha), allowed pets and plenty of space for our family of 4 (plus dog). Lots of trails nearby as well for walking. If you're looking for long range mountain views, get a little further away and up on a ridge. But if you're looking to be closer to the action/amenities, this is a great place to stay.

Great Experience for our Family

My family really enjoyed this place. Super cute and very nicely furnished. Property managers/owners were fantastic. Great location right by the clubhouse. We're definitely coming back soon.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We came in to meet family staying in nearby Amicalola Park. It was so impressed by the Big Canoe community and the hospitality of the owners. They spared no expense to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. There were 3 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Also the kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were top notch. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect cabin for a Big Canoe stay!

Highly recommend this 2 bedroom/2 bath plus loft with 2 twins for a family trip or small friends group trip. The furniture and decor was cozy and comfortable. They had a lot of extra touches and were very accessible when needed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect mountain get-away

First trip to Big Canoe area in the Georgia mountains. It will not be our last ,hopefully! Par-tee on the lake was the perfect location for us . The hosts thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well -appointed and the beds very comfortable. There is so much to do in and around Big Canoe and the Fall season with the leaves turning was the most spectacular time to be there. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Relaxing

This is a great location to relax especially if you enjoy hiking or golfing because it is on the golf course and the entrance to trails is a short walk away. We enjoyed how close we were to trails that took us to waterfalls and we were close to historical downtowns that had the Christmas spirit going on.

Perfect House
