The hotel was clean and modern. Very close to the airport. No shuttle and had to drag our luggage on the slush. The staff was rude and pretentious. Every questions was addressed with an attitude. My whole stay was excellent. The room was great and very clean. The staff were awesome.....Monica at the front desk was seriously the best person in that role that I have met in my frequent travels. They need to clone her for every hotel :) Sajeda was also great when I checked out.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. I had paid extra for a studio with sofa bed as myself and granddaughter didn’t want to share.
