The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, as well as the bath tub not holding water for our child to take a bath. We got an air freshener, went to dinner hoping when we got back it would smell better and it didn’t even help. So I went down to talk to the people at the desk to see if we could switch rooms. No elevator and had no option of main floor had a lot of luggage to bring upstairs we had a baby, so pack and play along with cooler and our bags kids bag. Front desk would even help bring luggage upstairs I had to do it alone while my baby sat in the car as I had no where to put her.
