“Great stay even in the snow”

“Room was nasty. Hair on the shower walls and floor. Shower curtain, FILTHY! Floor wasn’t clean. Toothpaste and water splashes on the mirror. Wall had disgusting stains! Tv remote had no batteries so tv wouldn’t come on. We asked staff for another remote and never received assistance! No telephone for service! Someone was screaming all night! I don’t recommend this place for anyone to live.”

“The size of the room was bigger than normal but no hot water in the shower, the heater wasnt working too well even after puting it to 85 bearly any heat. And although the door was closed and locked it wouldnt close properly. ”

“The property is very very clean and it is convenient for transportation and shopping. ”

“The room had a smell, the only light that was working was in bathroom, the toilet had no top on back of it, not a good selection of TV channels, door doesn't lock well, lobby looks unpleasant. Overall all when booking don't be fooled by the pictures you will be disappointed ”

“Staff all friendly and helpful, bed is comfortable. Nice sized room Hotel is convenient and tucked away in safe area. Gym and pool are okay, need some upkeep. Good value for your money. Breakfast options can be improved.”

“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”

“For the first time EVER, the upstairs neighbors kept me up. I stay here often and have NEVER had this issue. This isn't something the hotel could fix unless I had them change my rooms, which I'm sure they would gladly do. These people are truly customer friendly and try to help if there is ever an issue”

“Love it here and this exit..they also serve amazing breakfast!!.. their are plenty eateries in the vacinity along with walmart and other quick stores and emergency care on the same street!! Sooo much to do in this area and the staff is amazing along with the cleanliness of the rooms!..i have never not been met met here with anyone unpleasant..Trai was amazing and VERY informative”
