"As a Casino resort, the non-smoking room was clean; however, daily cleaning had to be requested. When checking in, we were informed that daily cleaning of our room is not provided, unless requested. It was the smoking odor in the entrance lobby area that kept me from giving an excellent rating. "

"This place was exactly as the photos, the place was so clean, perfect location walking distance to everything and everywhere. The courtyard was everything. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were great and very accommodating. We flew in early and they were able to hold our bags before and after checkin and out. You don’t need a car. We did not use the parking but there is a parking lot they use across the street for a fee. We are already planning on coming back and staying at the French Market Inn."

"This hotel has fallen a great deal since it was featured as 007's home-away-from-home in LIVE AND LET DIE! I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and it just keeps getting worse. This most recent stay was just after Mardi Gras, so I was patient. I spent 3 nights. No hot water, broken elevators, fitness and pool closed and my room was never serviced by housekeeping. I was charged for drinks at the bar I never ordered and the newly refurbished Rib Room was VERY AVERAGE. GET IT TOGETHER OMNI!!!"
