Had a great stay at this historic hotel, super clean cute room with kitchenette the hotel is very close to town. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the onsite breakfast.

The room was clean and the location was wonderful for visiting Salem. It was really nice to have off-street parking onsite. The staff were friendly and helpful in navigating the check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was really good, efficient, and the staff were so lovely at breakfast too!

Amazing place!! So accommodating! The rooms are super clean and very quiet. You cannot hear other guests. Breakfast is free and good. They even did a complementary wine tasting at night. My only complaint is the trundle bed was super squeaky so whenever I moved it woke people up. But other than that the place is wonderful and I would stay again.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Salem Inn, Curwen House. Check-in was so easy, as they offer either self check-in or check-in at the front desk. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Our shower wasn't draining when we arrived, but they fixed it promptly, without a trace, while we were out enjoying the shops. The location was perfect and offers many options for walking. The lot behind the building made parking a breeze! The included breakfast we enjoyed on the garden terrace was good, and the breakfast staff made our experience so memorable! Be sure to bring cash to tip them! We look forward to returning to Salem, hopefully in the near future, and will certainly stay at the Salem Inn again! Thanks so much to all the wonderful staff who made our trip so special!

Location was great and easy to get to and from. The historical charm added to the pleasant environment. This was much like a great bed and breakfast. Would really love to be here for Halloween. Breakfast was good along with choices.

The Salem Inn is in the top 10 of hotels I have stayed in over the years (and I’m an old man so I’ve stayed in a few). It is a historic building in Salem and is very well maintained. Staff is very friendly. Room was fantastic! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. No elevator but there is a dumbwaiter to move luggage to the upper floors. Absolutely wonderful stay!!!

Adorable property in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown Salem. The staff was great and breakfast was good. Unique place to stay that matches the vibe of Salem itself. Very quiet place and I slept better than I have in a long time. Also got to relax with a bath in the claw-foot tub. AMAZING! Highly recommend this property!

I LOVED the Salem Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was such an amazing addition and the staff were friendly and helpful. The witches brew coffee was a fun way to start a day in Salem. I stayed in the Curwen House and it had a sherry nightcap available every evening - which was such a cute and fun touch. The location is perfect because it is right downtown, without being on top of the action - so you can walk 5 minutes but still have your quiet room at night. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Traveled with 92 yo parent and the staff was able to accommodate us nicely. This is an older hotel so there is no elevator,which we knew prior to booking. We were able to negotiate the stairs fine as the staff put us on the main floor. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. We would definitely stay here again
