“I drove 4 hours from Manila and this place was a fraud. The outdoor and beach Pictures look nothing like what is advertised. DO NoT waste you’re time booking this place The beach is rocky and bad sands an be to small I was very disappointed ”

“The villa was nothing like what was shown on the Internet. It was filthy. They actually tried to give us an Airbnb on a back alleyway with dog feces in front of it. They told us the villa was being used by somebody else, even though we had rented it. We refused and asked them rectify the problem. Once we got in the villa. The sewer drain was clogged, there were bugs, there was blood on a sheet, the place was just dirty and clearly not disinfected. The one bright spot was the AC worked. There……

“The room was wonderful. It was clean and has a kitchen as well as laundry in the room. The staff was extremely helpful. There is also an extremely nice workout area there. Overall great place to stay.”

“The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning……

“We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.”
