“Clean house. Super quiet. Would stay here again!”

“My daughter stayed here while she was in town visiting. They enjoyed the place and the views from the balcony to watch the different fireworks shows are Des Moines.”

“We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the home was very clean and well maintained. The decor was homie and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location was also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“The home was clean, very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Our confirmation did not have the correct address of the home, so please confirm and update for future guests. GPS would not have worked!Upon our arrival and walk-through, we found that the master bathtub water faucet was running and couldn't be shut off. Contacted host and service was rendered within an hour. Noticed that in the laundry room there were towels in the dryer and a basket with dirty towels sitting nearby. Also a basket of……

“Room was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Nice walking path in the back. Decent breakfast and a happy hour Monday and Tuesday evenings.Workout room could use some updates: one TV was broken and neither TV connected, the elliptical machine didn’t connect/track data.”

“No kitchen towels? Only paper towel provided. Tub combo bathroom drain does not drain well.”

“House was perfect for our needs. We came to ride the bike trails and this was the perfect location. We found the Des Moines area had more to offer than we thought. The house was clean, well layed out and located near grocery shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay another day.”

“Clean, beautiful property. Great for a quick girls’ trip!”

“We got started off a little rough. Maybe it was partly my fault for waiting until one (1) hour before we were allowed to check-in, but I realized we had not received the door code. I combed all the previous emails to see if I missed it somewhere, but it was no where to be found. A message to the property owner/manager went unanswered for 30-40 minutes, so we decided to drive to the house and wait on the porch. After a couple phone calls, we were finally able to get in contact with the……

“The check-in was super easy and the listing was pretty much as described. There's a Hy-Vee grocery store within a half mile, which was super convenient. There is some local road construction which slowed things down a bit, but that project looks to be wrapping up soon. The property is nestled in a nice residential area. The property on the outside could have used some TLC. Yes, the lawn was freshly mowed, but the weeds were in full summer mode and the two trash bins by the garage were already……

“Great quiet community, close to shopping and restaurants. A nice place to stay with great communication! Will most definitely stay here again in the future. ”
