The hotel is ok but it could use some major updates. The room I stayed in reeked of cigarettes and there was a bucket full of ashes right outside my door when I checked in which was quite funny because the guy who checked me in said no smoking. I called him when I got into the room to him know about the terrible smell of cigarettes and the ashtray bucket outside my door and he says yes this use to be a smoking hotel. The carpet looks dirty and my feet were brown within a few hours so I don’t know how often they clean it. The bed was comfortable but I itched all night so I slept on top of the covers. The shower was good. The AC worked well. The bathroom fan made a horrible loud noise so I left it off most of the time while using the bathroom if I could. The breakfast was fair. The biscuits were so hard one morning I couldn’t cut them with a knife. I had a waffle instead and it was better. They don’t have orange juice either which was a big let down. And they don’t have regular hot tea. So I didn’t have much of a choice at breakfast both mornings I was there. The man at the front desk was very nice and I did get housekeeping service which was nice. I don’t know if I’d stay here again. Most likely I wouldn’t. But the properly has potential. If they’d put some money into it it could be super nice.

The facility is showing its age. It has been enjoyed by visitors for many years due to its convenient location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They work diligently to make the best of the facility in spite of the wear from frequent enjoyment. No one should be reluctant to stay here.

Great budget choice. We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. The shower was average. Breakfast was average. The rate was excellent. The location is good, off the strip yet close to many theaters and dining. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Very convenient location, I was not particularly fond of the room, I do not like rooms that don’t have carpet. The toilet was hard to flush. My biggest complaint was the girl at the front desk was not as nice as she could be. I watched her talk to another person, renting a room, and she was quite rude. Breakfast was OK.

The air conditioner was extremely loud as well as the fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The front desk personnel were pleasant, but not helpful at all. They even wrote the wrong room number down on the paper work and we had to find her because our key wouldn't work. We got a " Sorry about that" answer. It was very reasonably priced, but old and overall clean.

We've stayed here before and invited friends to book a room too for our trip. We sadly had a couple bugs in the room, flies and knats (again just a couple but it was enough that I noticed). And there were obviously areas that needed repainted or patched above the shower and spots on the wall. We also sadly had no place to get together with our friends in the evening. We brought games and the only table or sitting area on the property is at the pool so that's where we were and weren't aloud to use it while the guy was cleaning the pool. Understandable I guess just a downer for the night. Overall not the worst place we've been to but that will probably be the last time we go, there wasn't anything very good to bring me back.

The place is actually close to the stripe and staff are very accommodating. We did stay on the very bottom and the resin was clean. However, I am not sure if it was the fact we were on the bottom floor but there were Rollie Pollie bugs in the floor in the bathroom everyday. Not sure how that can be fixed. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay.
