“Amazing oasis in Santo Amaro. The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, great A/C and hot water pressure. It does work like a hotel the staff go in and change towels, remove gargage. The breakfast was varied ans delicious. They also set up the tours which were amazing. The only thing they need to improve is in the internet connections in the rooms as it was spotty or unavailable. I would recommmend to anyone. I loved my stay there.”

“Property sent me a message through Expedia’s inbox telling me they weren't able to host me and that I should contact Expedia to manage my reservation. Mind you, Expedia won’t refund me because they were never able to get in contact with the property. Very frustrating situation where I had to pay for a stay that I actually never stayed. I had no place to stay over night, the city was overcrowded, barely any room left and I had to find another place to stay, not through Expedia of course,……
