“We came for a graduation and enjoyed our stay at 206 Grand St this past weekend. Though it is an older building, the history is interesting, the location for us was perfect and it is a spacious, clean and comfortable place for two (and probably more). Maria is an attentive host who anticipates her guests’ needs and is very available should her guests need assistance.
