Older property. No hairdryer. Frig was loud and so was other people in adjoining rooms. Maybe needs better soundproofing?

Broken items and run down furniture. The surrounding area is the city, nothing to do w hotel but trash everywhere. Homeless fentanyl kids around the corner(harmless) but part of the surrounding area. Staff friendliness hit or miss. Check in time is late 4 pm and don’t follow this. Room smelled like food. They did go out of their way to provide me with a birthday tray/ treats. That was sweet, but overall I won’t be staying there again, out dated place.

Great hotel! The snacks with sensors were super frustrating, I would much rather have the fridge to put my own things than drinks that trigger a sensor and charge me when I move them around. This caused me to have to walk down to the check in to sort it out, they still didn’t take the charges off and I had to call when I got home to remove them. Otherwise this is a very nice spot to stay in Portland!
