Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road.
Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.
The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.
Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.
Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Historic Canterbury is less than 25 minutes by train, or 40 minutes by car.

A great place

We stayed here for 2 nights. Barry was very kind and helpful, and the fridge was already stocked with the basics which made arrival really easy. Everything was clean, a great view, well equipped. (A nice hot powerful shower too)

A lovely stay

We have just returned from a lovely 3 day, last minute break at Wayfarers Rest. The apartment was spotless and we wanted for nothing, it was like being at home …… actually, it’s probably nicer! Gaynor and Barry were wonderful hosts, so accommodating, welcoming and they had thought of everything. The welcome pack on our arrival was lovely. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to visit again soon.

Beautuful loft apartment with uninterrupted views if the sea. Barry and Gaynor were very welcoming. 5 mins by car to Broadstairs or 25 walking. Peaceful location and Joss Bay is within waljing distance. Perfect short break getaway.

Lovely stay. Spacious, sylish apartment with wonderful views.

Didn't need our car once we got there. We could walk to Broadstairs one way or to some lovely unspoilt bays the other. The apartment is well appointed with lovely nuatical themed furnishings. Welcoming host. I would certainly recommend.

Five Stars is Not Enough

This place was ideal. We really had a lovely stay. The location is perfect; close to the beaches and town. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. You can hear the sea from all the windows, and the balcony is perfect for morning tea with the sunrise! To top it all off, the owners are friendly and helpful. This was a very welcoming place to stay. Just amazing! Thank you!

Last minute weekend away

We stayed here two nights and had a really relaxing time. Beautiful apartment with wonderful sea views. Very clean and welcoming, with a lovely vase of daffodils and welcome pack. Decorated soothing colours with nautical touches. I loved the balcony and sat out their for breakfast in the sun, watching the sea. Loved the little touches like throws & games. The steps down to the beach where great & the pinball table was hard to resist. Barry & Gaynor are great host and hope to visit again

Beautiful haven with great views

We had a lovely stay at this property. The hosts are most welcoming and accommodating, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and our kids were so happy to find a few colouring books & games to keep them entertained. It's on a quiet road, overlooking the ocean, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Boradstairs & Margate. There is a beautiful beach (Joss Bay) close by and a 30-minute walk will take you to Broadstairs town centre.

Immaculate setting with a personal touch

Perfect position on the coastal path with stunning ocean views from a pristine, high spec and comfortable apartment, with private access to the beach via a well maintained stairway through the cliff.As good as it gets really, the owners have set a high bar.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. The owners, Barry and Gaynor, are lovely people, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is warm and cosy, and spotlessly clean. Décor and furnishings are high quality with attention to detail. Stunning sea views from balcony, windows, and skylights. Thoughtful touches included a Christmas tree for our stay during the Christmas period and some provisions waiting in the fridge. Great for coastal walks and restaurants in Broadstairs. We definitely recommend this little gem.

Perfect stay

Really friendly welcome and tour of the property. Lots of nice bits in the fridge so we had the basics. The views over the cliff and sea were remarkable and we saw some lovely sun rises. The flat was immaculate and well finished to a high standard. Our sons loved the pinball table downstairs and were on it all the time. Highly recommended.

Fabulous stay

I can’t fault this accommodation. It has everything you could wish for. A lovely welcome awaited us. Also provisions in the fridge and a loaf of bread and biscuits which was very thoughtful. The apartment is spotless. Comfy sofas and very well equipped. A real home from home. The sea views and walks from the property were an added bonus.
