I took a video, captured the critter in a water bottle and we notified the front desk clerk and gave him the water bottle containing the bug. Later that day my husband develoved a huge bite on his back, he is allergic to bed bugs and breaks out. We had to go to Walgreens to get medicine for him. We called the hotel back to let them know whats going on and demanded a refund. They refused, stating the have pest control on regular basis. It advertised a breakfast buffet but it was cereal, individual wrapped Danish and juice. The coffee machine was not operating properly and you got black syrup.
