Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, wenngleich auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zugang zum See ist vorhanden, jedoch ist der See nur durch höhere Bäume hindurch etwas wahrzunehmen. - Kein freier Seeblick.
