“Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again.”

“Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!”

“This is a perfectly lovely apartment. Very compact but makes good use of space. Being an older couple, I would say it is not for older people who have mobility or pain issues, as I do. There is no lift and it is on the second floor (3rd if you are from the US!) and the stairway is a stone winding staircase. I just about managed it twice per day. “My mom and I stayed in Bordeaux for two nights to go wine tasting and explore the sights, and we absolutely loved this quaint apartment! It’s perfectly located just off the walkable center of Bordeaux, making it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed — from a nice bathroom and cozy beds to coffee for the mornings. The property manager was wonderful, meeting us upon arrival and showing us how everything worked.……
