The positive about our stay was the staff. Very welcoming at check in and breakfast staff were great. We found the bed uncomfortable and the coffee maker should provide standard coffee for those that want it over the espresso cups. Overall it is a nice hotel in a great location, however we found it to be very noisy. Very insufficient sound barrier all around - loud street noise and we could hear everything from the rooms around and above. Likely will not stay again.

"The staff was excellent, they treated us above and beyond just being polite. The pool was too cold though and wasn’t opened at the proper time. The room was generally ok but the sink had food scraps left in it. Also, the toilet had some unsightly staining inside it. Overall, in-line with a 3 star ..."
