"The Arbutus inn was very nice. The staff was super friendly and even let us check in early and upgraded us to a better room on a higher level. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the downtown core and malls. The room was pleasantly renovated and very clean. There is free wifi and free on site parking, which is really nice as a lot of hotels don't have on site parking. We had a great stay at the Arbutus Inn. "
