The house sounded like we were going to fall through the floors inside. The outside balcony wood is all broken. Me and my son almost fell where the wood is snapped off. It's worth 200 max not 1600 for 2 nights. The river ain't connected to back of house it's about 800 metres down a dirt road. Also ...
