The room was beautiful and roomy, with a nice little fridge and a microwave. Bring your own cup for the bathroom for brushing your teeth. None is provided. Bring extension cords if you need to plug in a CPAP machine, or even to have somewhere to charge up your cellphone - the outlets were either inaccessible or the plug fell out because they were so loose. The parking is great; lots of spaces and they are not too far from the front door. The employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is very clean and it's large and well stocked.

We go to the Blennerhasset each year for a family reunion in the area. Go to the Blennerhassett Island - it's a "must." We LOVE the speakeasy. Ask about it at the front desk. Highly recommend it for a nightcap or longer. Mackenzie was our bartender last visit and she did an amazing job jugging orders, being amusing, and also working the speakeasy door. We'll be back.

Great experience

The minimum expectation of going to a hotel room is it to be clean and there is no mold in the shower. This hotel did not meet the goal. The smokeless room had a bad odor, bought a scented candle to cover up the smell. After traveling 12 hours from the West coast to Marietta, the first thing one wants to do is take off their shoes. My white socks were awfully brown from the dirty carpet only after 15 minutes. Housekeeping did not make the bed daily and/or provided fresh towels one day. It appeared all they did was provide fresh towels and trash removed because on the remaining days the sink was never cleaned. The breakfast area was nice but there were minimal food options.
