“We had such an amazing time here! In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome.……

“This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. Maribel cooked us an awesome dinner our last night there. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. They almost felt like……

“Lovely stay had by all. Domes were spacious and well equipped with comfy beds and all kids cons. Air con was brilliant! Shared outdoor kitchen had lots of space and was under cover and close to the domes. The pool was deep (circa 145cms and had a natural Tarzan swing which the kids loved. We had a great suggestion for a local tour from the manager and the cafe and the Italian themed shop was very convenient. Playa Órganos was just was a 5 min walk with a view to Tortuga. The monkey highway……

“Rhonda, the host, has tastefully created a very beautiful home in a Costa Rican village. Her pool is exactly the same size and depth that is used for me by my physical therapist. One cannot swim in it, but it is perfect for my six foot body for exercises and walks. If you have any problems or questions, Rhonda and her employee are electronically present to address them as much as they can.”

“This house served us well as a base for our adventures around Paquera. We visited Curu, beaches, and bioluminescent kayaking during our stay. We were able to make meals and spend some time at the house in the AC. We saw the macaws and oranged chinned parakeets from the yard. This place is nothing fancy but it was perfect for us. ”
