Note: This is a confirmed reservation in the owners name. Upon receipt of your payment for the week, the owners will transfer the reservation from their name to yours and will send you confirmation of that transfer. The actual assignment of the condo unit will be made at check in. Specific room requests can be made by calling reservations at the resort prior to arrival. Units may vary some from the pictures but they will offer you an idea of the appearance and set up.
Extra charges at the resort will be added to your bill, and you will be responsible for full payment prior to leaving the resort. Damages to a unit will be renters responsibility so you may wish to purchase renters insurance to cover for this.
Daily unit cleaning by competent and attentive staff is standard. A safe is provided for valuables. The resort has many safety policies and plans in place.
Transportation from the airport is available and prestocking of basic groceries can be done on the resort website. Grocery stores are in the area for food needs. A small gift shop at resort is stocked for some basic needs.
A concierge is onsite and can assist you with making reservations for such things as camel rides, fishing, snorkeling, sunset cruises, bicycling and ATVs, and many more exciting adventures in the area.
