la posizione dell'hotel e la vista dal terrazzo e dalle camere è fantastica e ti permette ti iniziare bene la giornata Tutto il personale è molto attento alle necessità degli ospiti, sorridente e cercano di accontentare ogni richiesta. Il servizio pulizia della camera è compreso nel prezzo ma viene svolto con specifica richiesta tramite cartellino da mettere sulla porta altrimenti non le fanno. Unica nota negativa, purtroppo non dipendente dall'hotel, la zona in cui è ubicato, ovvero le strade sono sporche e mal tenute e sotto l'hotel sono sempre presenti animali quali cavalli, pecore con alcune stalle. La zona è sicuramente colorita ed esprime appieno la realtà di Giza e dei suoi abitanti.

Mohamed and his staff were excellent. The hotel is one of many hotels in and around the Giza complex. It's on the corner of a quiet, sandy side street in Giza, however it's lovely inside. The staff are super attentive, taking your bags, showing you your room, having coffee prepped for you in the morning and they even packed us a breakfast when we left for the airport. The hotel is very close to the Giza pyramids.

We had the best experience booking our stay here :) our balcony had a clear view of the pyramids and we got everything we ever asked for within 30 minutes; there are many frustrating parts of Egypt but thankfully we had the staff of this hotel to help us every step of the way, they were honest and kind and we felt so lucky for staying here over another place. Can’t recommend enough , definitely book here!

The service here is nothing short of amazing. The grandfather and his grandsons treat you like family from the second you walk in. They acknowledged us every time they saw us, genuinely asking about our day and starting conversations. The airport shuttle went smoothly and was reasonably priced. That kind of warmth made our time in Egypt feel so much better, especially since the immediate area around the hotel isn't the best. The location is also unbeatable. The walk to the Pyramids is less than 5 minutes. The views from the rooms and the rooftop are great and easily the best part of the physical space. The Not-So-Good: The rooms definitely need some sprucing up. The TV was basically a paperweight, and the Wi-Fi was way too slow to actually get anything done. Beds weren't super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, so don't expect a gourmet spread. Verdict: Despite the dated rooms and tech, the convenience and the staff’s hospitality make it worth it. You’re paying for the view and the people, and on those two fronts, they absolutely delivered.

They only offered hard boiled eggs and honey, but when we went to the terrace to have breakfast there was no food and nobody there to serve us. The neighborhood was scary and the access to the hotel even worse. The receptionist hardly spoke any English, it looked like he was 12 years old. The worst hotel I have ever been in my life
