“This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it.
It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.”

“Surprisingly spacious accommodation in what is an old building whose size is not obvious from its frontage. Old building means slanting floors, but that adds to the character. Close to both Chertsey Green, for a pleasant walk, as well as all important town amenities. ”

“I quickly felt at home after kind help with parking and efficient system of registering at reception. Was very pleased with the room - bright, airy and clean with fresh shower room with window, good supply of soft clean, white towels and bath lotions. “When we arrived in High Wycombe, we passed a lovely house with beautiful wisteria blooming all along the sidewalk. We parked, then walked to a pub at the end of the street. After a fun meal in the open air, we left the pub searching for the Malvern House. We were delighted to discover that the wisteria house was indeed our destination.
The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. Our ground floor room was just right. We stayed two nights, and revised the pub down the street.……

"This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."

"Close to McDonald's. Facilities are old but able to work, bed is soft and comfortable. Traffic is easy go back and forth from airport with GBP6.8 paid coach service(Hoppa). Breakfast is soso. Probably to visit again."
