"Accessible bathroom floor got totally soaked when showering. Room quite noisy from other guests, especially in the room above stomping up and down. Hoppa bus didnt turn up at 4.45am, so im really glad we decided to get the 5.15am one."

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"We had a great experience at the Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow Airport, thanks to Shannon’s excellent service. We weren’t happy with our initial room as we had requested an airport view, but Shannon immediately took care of it and found us another room without any hassle. I also called the front desk from our room while she was assisting another guest, and she returned my call promptly, which we really appreciated. We were so pleased with the level of service that we decided to become Marriott members during our stay, and Shannon kindly helped us set that up as well. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout—she made a big difference to our stay.
