It is meticulously clean, has an extremely comfortable bed, and includes all the basics that one might need when using it as a base to explore Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. "Beautiful location with stunning views. The property is spacious inside with lots of room to spread out. There is a large enclosed porch overlooking the river and an uncovered patio with a grill. There is a beautiful grassy area with benches to enjoy the views or for kids to run around. We were a family with adult children but this property is very kid friendly. Owner is very responsive. Great stay."

"Spent a few nights here during the girls trip for visit Bryce Canyon. Was a little worried about how cold it might get at night if we turned off the generator, but that was not an issue at all. The house held the heat very well. We spent so much time hiking, that we didn't really have much down time to explore the property, but it was so nice to not have any one around us.
