Maybe it was because the time of year but their restaurants were closed. One of the restaurants was closed due to a wedding-which is understandable but at least should have the other one open. The staff was rude whenever we asked questions and always gave off "figure it out" vibe. Coffee maker in the room but no water bottles? The place felt like an old cabin. Waterfall didnt work but the jacuzzi was nice.
