You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beautiful views in all directions

The Upper Rooms is a self contained apartment above our garage with it's own private entrance and deck. There is a large room for the living, dining and kitchen areas. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful view of mountains and farmland. Another bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed. There is a third bedroom with a queen size bed. There is an awesome view from the dining area. Experience our beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. Sit on our deck and enjoy the views and breeze. Watch deer in our yard and nearby fields. You are welcome to use the large swing set in the yard and gather your own eggs for breakfast.
We have another apartment located on the same property, Vrbo # 9361983 that is handicapped accessible and sleeps up to 5 people.

Good View at Good
Cant say enough GOOD things about my 5 day stay at The Goods property. Absolute perfect spot for home away from home as I strive for cleanliness and it sure is there at this property.Very nice people and I got to see the cow merry go round .nice to get back into nature for a few days also.if you have a young family ,then you owe it to your kids to see the cow farm.this is hard working America at its best.God Bless the Good’s for what they accomplish in life

What a view!
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The views were gorgeous and the property was stocked with everything we could need or want! My husband enjoyed fresh eggs and has decided that we need to have chickens now. Thank you, Jay and Faye!

Beautiful, manicured farm land with great views. The new apartment was very clean, quiet, full of amenities and had plenty of space. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and easy to contact and respected our privacy. We also have a rental and realize the standards for a good rental...this rental meets all of them. We would gladly stay again.

Perfect!
Faye and Jay are absolutely wonderful and their property is BEAUTIFUL! Had everything we needed during our short trip. We were in town to visit relatives and have our newborn son meet his great grandparents for the first time. Coordinating dates was hard but Faye was incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to switch our trip dates. Highly recommend staying here! The kids loved the swing set and the chickens.

Peaceful retreat
The property is immaculate. It is exactly how it is described and more. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. I stayed in the upper room which has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 comfortable beds. Plus an additional 2 sleepers in the living room. However, nothing compares to the kind and gracious owners. Extremely lovely people. They were knowledgeable, respectful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I loved the seclusion and farm like atmosphere. The apartment was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the low slanted ceiling in the kitchen area. All three adults hit our heads on it more than once. Ouch!

Absolutely perfect!
We loved everything about this place. Location was beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Extra blankets, towels and other supplies were very much appreciated. Faye and Jay are wonderful hosts. Our kids are still talking about the tour of the dairy farm and playing with the kittens. We have rented many vacation places over the years and this was, by far, the best ever!

Perfect Location in the mountains
We were very happy with this property. The 3 bedrooms were big enough for all of us. The living space was open and inviting. The porch was wonderful for all the rain, as we sat there and enjoyed the storms. There were lots of extras that Faye had left for us, coffee and snacks. Everything was provided and that made traveling so much easier, especially when bringing all the extra items that is required for a little one. The location was beyond wonderful, with the mountains all around. Beautiful ! We even made use of the "adult sized" swings. Town was not far for groceries, carry-out food and church. It wasn't far to Watkins Glen, Corning, Williamsport or the PA Grand Canyon.... and even better was the scenery on the drive to those places. We would definitely visit this property again, if we come out that way. Thanks Faye for all the special touches. We loved the "Good View Farm" book that told about your family's business. Thanks for everything.

A little slice of heaven
Just a beautiful place & area with wonderful views! My wife and I came to PA - on our way back from exploring Little Falls, NY - to check out the nearby countryside for a couple days. With Faye's help, we found some interesting things like the antique stores of Mansfield and the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania - which is near Wellsboro - but who knew? We were greeted by Faye upon arrival and immediately enjoyed a tour of the farm and modern dairy operations - where we met Jay. What a fine and hard working couple. You won't find kinder, more generous folks anywhere than Faye and Jay. Thanks for sharing your time and little slice of heaven with us - and hope to see you again in the future!
